Flame is a qualified as a Complementary Therapist with the NHS Natural Health School in Harrogate and offers Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Therapeutic/Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue.
In her massage treatments, she works intuitively to ease muscle tension, drain waste and provide a deeply calming treatment with lots of work on the neck and head for ultimate relaxation. When the body and mind are relaxed, the body has an innate ability to heal itself. Flame is thorough and reaches often overlooked areas to dispel tension and follows it from root to tip through the body.
